Welcome to Daily Legacy Safe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daily Legacy Safe application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your password and PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any content, such as digital wills, messages, files, and check-in notes (collectively, "Content"), you upload or create on the platform.
Daily Legacy Safe utilizes a check-in system to determine your status. If you fail to check in within your specified interval and grace period, the system may automatically execute your pre-configured instructions, such as releasing digital wills or sending messages to designated contacts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through the application settings.
The Services, including all features related to digital wills, diaries, and delayed messaging, are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Daily Legacy Safe is a technology platform and an organizational tool, not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. The documents, "wills", or messages generated or stored within the app do not constitute legally binding documents. We strongly advise consulting a qualified legal professional for formal estate planning.
NO LIABILITY FOR FAILURES OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS: We do not guarantee that messages, notifications, or documents will be delivered successfully, accurately, or on time. We are explicitly not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, server crashes, spam filters blocking emails, or any instances where a check-in is missed due to app malfunction or user error resulting in the premature or delayed release of your sensitive information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers, founders, employees, or affiliates of Daily Legacy Safe be held personally, legally, or corporately liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, family disputes, loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial harm arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to permanently discontinue using them.
We may modify these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the application. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
If you download Daily Legacy Safe from Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be governed by the relevant store’s terms and policies (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions). To the extent permitted by law, those store terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, these Terms.
Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for providing support for the Services or for addressing any claims you or a third party may have in relation to the Services. All such questions should be directed to us using the contact details below.
Daily Legacy Safe is intended for users in multiple countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws, regulations, and rules that apply in your jurisdiction, including any limitations on digital wills, estate planning tools, or encrypted communications.
